There is no fasting on the Feasts of the Nativity and Epiphany, regardless of whether they fall on a Wednesday or Friday.

On Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the year from Cheese-Fare Sunday until St. Thomas Sunday
During the Nativity Fast, from Nativity until Epiphany
During the Apostles Fast and Dormition Fast
On the day of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist
On the Elevation of the Holy Cross.

Days when Memorial Services cannot be performed:
From Nativity until Epiphany, during the first week of Great Lent, during Holy & Bright Weeks (prior & after Easter), on Ascension of our Lord, Pentecost, & Transfiguration of our Lord, and from Great Thursday until St Thomas Sunday.
